Coffee leaves a drying patio in Sul de Minas, enters a 300-bag container in Santos, and arrives in Shanghai with no name. The grower never learns who drank it. The buyer never learns who grew it.

The Bridge exists to shorten that.

The origin

Sul de Minas, Brazil · Muzambinho

Altitudes between 900 and 1,200 m with a marked day-night temperature swing. Mundo Novo, Catuaí and Bourbon predominate; harvest runs May through September, mostly natural and pulped natural.

Thirty kilometres from Guaxupé, home of the largest coffee cooperative in the world.

Samples

Every sample ships with farm identity, altitude, variety, process and a cupping record. Tell us your target profile in the RFQ.

Samples are drawn to order. We do not publish a standing inventory list.
